What can Phoney call about?

Right now Phoney can book restaurant reservations, schedule doctor appointments, and make haircut appointments. More task types are coming soon.

Does the business know they're talking to an AI?

Phoney is designed to have natural conversations. Depending on your local laws, you may be required to disclose that the call is AI-assisted. Check the regulations in your area.

What if the call fails or the business doesn't pick up?

Phoney will retry automatically based on your plan (up to 1 retry on Free, 3 on Plus, 5 on Pro). You'll receive a notification with the outcome of each attempt.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the App Store on your iPhone → tap your profile photo → Subscriptions → Phoney → Cancel Subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.

Where is my data stored?

Call transcripts and task details are stored securely on servers in the United States. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
